Pick Your Installer
SIS Panels are installed by prefab groups or by framers at the job site. We don’t want to interfere with how you build, so SIS Panels are installed the exact same way as OSB or drywall – no special training, tools, or trades are required.

Magnesium Oxide (MgO) SIS Panel
A building material of the future that is non-combustible
Build for the code requirements of today & tomorrow. The panel itself has a one hour fire-rating & it gives the assembly as a whole a two hour fire-rating. It is eco-friendly – if you removed the fibreglass mesh, you could eat it. In additon, it is water resistant and pest proof.

One-Sided vs Two-Sided SIS Panels: What’s the Difference?
There are two primary differences between One-Sided and Two-Sided SIS Panels:
- Two-Sided SIS Panels are a sandwich panel with a sheathing on either side of an insulating core. This provides additional structural support compared to our One-Sided SIS Panels, which is required by building codes in some regions.
- One-Sided SIS Panels can only be used on building up to 6 storeys tall. Two-Sided SIS Panels can be used on buildings of any height.
