One-Sided vs Two-Sided SIS Panels: What’s the Difference?

There are two primary differences between One-Sided and Two-Sided SIS Panels:

  • Two-Sided SIS Panels are a sandwich panel with a sheathing on either side of an insulating core. This provides additional structural support compared to our One-Sided SIS Panels, which is required by building codes in some regions.
  • One-Sided SIS Panels can only be used on building up to 6 storeys tall. Two-Sided SIS Panels can be used on buildings of any height.
