About this Project

When we were given the opportunity to help Trico build a better wall envelope for one of their new multi-unit residential buildings (MURB), we leapt to be involved.

To reach all projects requirements, we used our magnesium oxide (MgO) SIS Panels.

Thanks to the continuous exterior insulation, the building has next to no thermal bridging and excess heat loss – keeping residents warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.

The soundproofing properties of the panels help create a more comfortable living space and imply a higher level of construction, especially in common areas like hallways and lobbies.

In addition to supplying SIS Panels, we also pre-cut all the panels to size to further streamline the installation process.
